PLEASE READ:

US CUSTOMERS, In order to reduce costs to you, the CCM will be sent "MEDIA MAIL" - a more affordable service from the USPS, which vinyl records qualify for. It takes around 5 days. There is no limitation on how many copies you order.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will ship via USPS First Class package. This is the most affordable option, but it is limited to 2 copies of the CCM at MAXIMUM, due to a 4lb weight limit on the First Class option.

3 copies weighs 4lb3oz, which means I cannot ship First Class. YES, YOU CAN ORDER 3+ COPIES. However, please don't order 3+ copies without understanding that I may have to refund/cancel your order pending the true cost of shipping at UPS or USPS Priority Mail Prices. I am happy to work with you.

Distinct Pricing is now available for UK, IND, PAK, AUS, CAN, SGP, IRE, ZAF, ISR, JPN, KOR, and Most EU Countries.

The option that says "to the rest of the world" is priced for the EU.
If you are anywhere that shipping is more expensive than EU rates, I may have to refund your order, create a distinct shipping quote/option for your country, and ask you to re-order. Sorry! (This actually has never happened in 119 orders worldwide, but you never know.)

The Cosmic Collaboration Machine and the record label producing it are a one-person operation. (Yep, it's me, Dane!) As such, please "remember the human" as I work very hard to get you this wonderful double vinyl gatefold package.

Shipping is very expensive lately, and too slow for what any of us pay for it. I have already done everything I can to reduce costs, without cutting corners on getting you the package in top condition. I am not charging extra for handling or packaging materials. The shipping costs are the actual USPS costs per the weight and size of the package.

Factory production for vinyl is also extremely slow right now, and has not caught up to demand, as major record labels hog all the printing presses! It may be a number of weeks post-release-date of the digital album, before the physical album gets to you.

I don't know how long the album will take to get to your specific country, but I thank you so, so, so very much for your support, patience, and understanding.

Return Policy

The Cosmic Collaboration Machine and the record label producing it are a one-person operation. (Yep, it's me, Dane!) I am definitely not a corporation, my friend. It will hurt me deeply if you are unsatisfied with the product, but trust that I have already done everything I can to get it to you safely and in good condition.

In any situation where an error is my personal fault, I will take the loss on it, tail between my legs, on a case-by-case basis. But, with super-limited products such as these, please understand that it would be unrealistic and in most cases impossible for me to process returns, refunds, and/or replacements. For that reason, I can only offer refunds in the most extreme of circumstances. I promise I will do my best!
